JENNIFER I. NASH
Jennifer I. Nash is a shareholder in Jennifer I. Nash & Nicolas Ortiz, P.C. She represents clients in criminal and family law matters. Jennifer has had a lifelong commitment to helping people navigate their way through the legal system. She is committed to providing high-quality, compassionate representation for her clients. She is an experienced trial lawyer and has represented clients charged with murder, sexual assault, DUI and other offenses.
She has over twenty years of experience helping clients in domestic relations cases as well, including divorces with complex financial issues or difficult custody matters. She has developed a particular interest in cases involving the intersection of family law and criminal law, such as cases involving child sexual assault allegations and domestic violence allegations.
